PESCO Punjab Regular New Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
| Mode of Selection | PESCO requires medically fit retired Defence Services personnel on Regular basis for the following:- 1️⃣ Application Screening & Shortlisting Submitted resumes in the prescribed format are evaluated based on military service record (Discharge Book/PPO), civil & computer qualifications, and matriculation with Punjabi. 2️⃣ Skill / Driving Test • Personal Assistant (PA) & Clerk: Typing / shorthand / computer skill test.Driver: • Driving trade test and valid commercial/HTV/LTV driving license verification. 3️⃣ Personal Interview & Document Verification • Shortlisted candidates are called to PESCO Head Office (SCO 89-90, Sector 34-A, Chandigarh) for a personal interview. • Physical verification of original military record, civil education certificates, medical category certificates, and domicile. Final Merit List • Prepared based on military service record, relevant experience, medical fitness category, and performance in the interview/skill test. |
