Written Examination The primary gateway for selection is a competitive written test conducted by Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS). • Exam Type: Objective Type (Multiple Choice Questions) • Total Marks: 100 Marks • Syllabus Basis: MBBS standard subjects (General Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics, Gynecology, Preventive and Social Medicine, etc.) 2. Minimum Qualifying Marks To even be considered for the merit list, candidates must secure a baseline minimum score in the written exam: • Qualifying Threshold: 33% Marks • Note: Merely scoring 33% does not guarantee a job; it just qualifies you to be evaluated for the final merit list. 3. Document Verification & Merit List • Final Selection: The final selection is based strictly on the merit of the written test, subject to the category-wise reservation rules set by the Punjab Government.Verification: • Shortlisted candidates will be called for Document Verification. You will need to produce your original MBBS degree, Punjab Medical Council Registration, age proof, and category certificates. If any document is missing or invalid, the candidacy is canceled. |
